Bookings are subject to availability, and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a place all booking forms must be received electronically, sent by post or delivered by hand. All booking forms must be correctly and fully completed and accompanied by full payment of the fee as detailed on the booking form.
Any bookings received without full payment are not confirmed until payment is received in full. We don’t accept telephone bookings or hold places open.
All places at Home Ed Hub activities need to be booked in advance. Occasionally, registration on the day may be accepted depending on the availability of places, but this is not guaranteed.
Payment is required by direct bank deposit or Paypal. Cheques may be accepted by prior arrangement, and subject to an admin fee. Any cheques returned by the bank will result in cancellation of the booking and you will be liable for any bank charges that result. Cash payment may be dropped off in person, and will also be accepted for on-the-day bookings (subject to space availability). Credit card payment is available if paying for for multiple bookings.
We regret that we are unable to accept childcare vouchers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment is non-refundable except where sessions are cancelled by Home Ed Hub.
